What Makes It Different

Short of paying a personal trainer to design a new workout routine for you every time you meet, Lightning Fitness Mobile App does what no other program does.

Lightning Fitness offers over 3 trillion different workout routines (Yes…a “3”, followed by 12 zeroes)

The individual exercises you will use are not a national secret. You can find almost any of them elsewhere on the internet.  Then you can combine them to achieve a specific goal.  Then you can get a tabata timer to pace your workout.  Then you can keep a paper or digital log to remember when and for how long you worked out.  Then you can research for a whole other set of exercises.  Then you can use a tabata timer to pace your workout.  Then you can keep a paper or digital log to remember…you get the picture.

Or, you can let Lightning Fitness do all of this for you.

We’ve incorporated a collection of exercises to create effective full-body workouts, using a different routine every time you launch the app.  Using an algorithm designed to randomly populate the routines, every set of exercises includes benefits to the five major areas of core, cardio, glutes, metabolism and strength. (This is the part where you cancel your gym membership…)

Short of paying a personal trainer to design a new workout routine for you every time you meet, Lightning Fitness Mobile App does what no other program does…it gives you a new workout, every time, that can be done in your home or at the gym, with or without equipment.

Keeping it fresh…keeps you motivated!

Jumping Jacks To Start

You will notice that Jumping Jacks is the first exercise  in every routine.  This is for a couple of reasons.  First, Jumping Jacks are a great exercise but, more importantly, they are doubly beneficial as a means to warm up.  A proper warm up before any form of exercise is highly recommended.  However, many (including me) do not follow this advice.  Therefore, placing Jumping Jacks at the start of every routine guarantees that you will start with an aerobic exercises using every body part, and it is a great way to get into a rhythm.
