As the Director of Consumer Product, you’ll be an essential contributor to our success as we branch into Direct to Consumer products. You will primarily be overseeing the product development operations to ensure smooth flow and efficiency, devise strategies to improve processes, gather relevant data such as sales and customer feedback, and coordinate with different departments in developing new products and services.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the production of all filming needed for all Direct to Consumer products.
• Project managing the entire Direct to Consumer rollout.
• Strategize and work with the chosen branding agency to ensure benchmarks are hit.
• Identify filming location, talent, equipment needs with the help of the branding team.
• Coordinate with the tech team to ensure the algorithms, workouts, and adjustments are built into the platform.
• Compile a workout library.
• Work with the team to oversee and manage future product development.
• Managing the filming schedule, location, hiring of talent.
• Strategizing the rollout of workouts to be released to the public.

Job Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Prior experience overseeing Project Management of a consumer-based product
• Experience in a start-up company/business
• Experience working with and maintaining budgets
• Basic marketing knowledge
• Prior management experience preferred.
